Study reports iPhones twice as Reliable as Blackberry
According to MobileCrunch, a new study published by SquareTrade claims the iPhone is twice as reliable as the Blackberry and nearly three times more reliable than Palm’s Treo. The study looked at the failure rates of 15,000 phones covered under the extended warranties they sell. While Blackberries are typically used in a enterprise environment, this may no longer be cost effective for businesses and switching to the iPhone may be in the future for many companies.
